Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Warehouse Associate to play a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Key Duties And Essential Functions

• Execute and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies with vendors or supervisors
• Ensure outgoing orders are accurate, properly packaged, and shipped on time
• Serve as a point of contact, assisting with questions, providing carrier and tracking information to customers
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (GS)
• Perform regular cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain warehouse layout and organization
• Follow safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and internal standards
• Assist leadership, task prioritization, and meeting productivity goals
• Handle escalated operational issues, including damaged goods, returns, or shipping delays
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to support a safe working environment

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control processes
• Ability to operate or become certified in forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Basic problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
• Experience using warehouse management systems (GS) or similar software
• Previous experience in a lead, trainer, or senior team member role
• Forklift certification
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
• Experience with process improvement or workflow optimization
