Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable and experienced Warehouse Associate to play a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Key Duties And Essential Functions
- Execute and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies with vendors or supervisors
- Ensure outgoing orders are accurate, properly packaged, and shipped on time
- Serve as a point of contact, assisting with questions, providing carrier and tracking information to customers
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (GS)
- Perform regular cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
- Maintain warehouse layout and organization
- Follow safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and internal standards
- Assist leadership, task prioritization, and meeting productivity goals
- Handle escalated operational issues, including damaged goods, returns, or shipping delays
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to support a safe working environment

- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control processes
- Ability to operate or become certified in forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- 2–5 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
- Experience using warehouse management systems (GS) or similar software
- Previous experience in a lead, trainer, or senior team member role
- Forklift certification
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
