Fluid Aesthetics & Wellness, LLC is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Registered Nurse to join our growing team. The RN will play a key role in delivering high-quality aesthetic and wellness services, ensuring patient safety, and providing an exceptional client experience. This position requires a strong clinical background, attention to detail, and a passion for aesthetics and holistic wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and evaluation of treatment goals
Administer aesthetic treatments such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers (if trained), IV therapy, and other wellness services in accordance with established protocols and scope of practice
Assist with and perform non-invasive procedures including skin rejuvenation treatments, and body contouring services
Educate clients on treatment options, pre- and post-care instructions, and expected outcomes
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the medical provider.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
Ensure all treatments are performed safely and in compliance with medical and regulatory standards
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper sterilization of treatment areas and equipment
Monitor patients during and after procedures, addressing any concerns or adverse reactions
Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote retention and satisfaction
Support practice growth through client education, service recommendations, and participation in promotions or events
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
Minimum of [1–2] years of nursing experience (aesthetic or cosmetic experience preferred but not required)
Certification or training in aesthetic procedures (preferred but not required)
Knowledge of skincare, wellness, and aesthetic treatments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer skills
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience with injectables (Botox, dermal fillers) IV Insertion Sales or retail experience in a medical spa or wellness setting Passion for aesthetics, beauty, and patient-centered care
