Job Summary
Fluffy Fluffy is seeking a strong, hands-on Working Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Downtown Doral location. This is not a sit-down management position — we are looking for someone who leads by example, works alongside the team, and helps drive a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café restaurant operations
- Lead and supervise staff during shifts
- Train new employees and continue staff development
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience
- Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Monitor inventory and communicate ordering needs
- Help manage labor and food costs
- Ensure quality, speed, and consistency of food and drinks
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Maintain team accountability and workplace standards
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or café management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
- Must be willing to work on the floor with the team
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred
Pay: $48,000 Annually Bonus Opportunity
