Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Specialist to join our team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and food service, with experience in restaurant operations, catering, and banquet management. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Manage banquet setups and breakdowns, ensuring all events run smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and adherence to dietary requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining spaces and food handling stations.
- Support bartending operations, including drink preparation and customer service at the bar.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills in hospitality, food service, and customer engagement.
Experience
- Bar tending experience is preferred, willing to train the right person.
- Previous experience in upscale restaurant environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and dietary aide responsibilities is a plus.
- Experience in catering or banquet services is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
