Front of House Team Member

Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a friendly, fast-moving FOH team member who loves people and thrives in a busy environment. You’ll be the "face" of our restaurant—greeting guests, crafting drinks, and making sure the dining room stays sharp. If you’re a pro at multitasking with a smile, we want you!

• Guest Connection: Greet and seat customers promptly, managing the flow of the dining room during rushes.
• Order Taking: Accurately take orders (in-person and over the phone) and use our Toast system with ease.
• Drink Crafting: Prepare a variety of beverages, from coffee/espresso to Frappes and Refreshers, ensuring every drink looks and tastes great.
• Menu Expert: Answer customer questions about ingredients, allergens, and our instore specials.
• Dining Room Pride: Keep the energy high and the space clean—bussing and sanitizing tables quickly so the next guest can be seated.
• Support: Help out wherever needed to ensure every guest has a 5-star experience.

What You’ll Need

• Personality: A positive, "people-first" attitude. You can stay calm and kind even when it's packed.
• Speed: Ability to move quickly between tasks—seating a guest one minute and making a latte the next.
• Communication: Clear, professional speech for answering phones and explaining the menu.
• Availability: Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
• Experience: Previous FOH or barista experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right personality!
