Professional Dog Groomer (Up to 75% Commission PTO Bonuses)

Position Type: Full-Time (5 days/week)

Searching for skilled groomers with a minimum of 1 year grooming experience. 2 prefered.
We’re built a structured, low-chaos grooming shop designed for professionals who want to earn more without burnout. We're looking for career minded individuals with a passion for animal care. Individuals who see their work as more than just a service—someone who takes pride in enriching the lives of pets through thoughtful, high-quality grooming.
Our model:
- 5–7 dogs per day (6 is typical)
- Appropriate pricing
- Clean scheduling and consistent workflow

Pay Structure (W2 – Tiered Commission)
- 50%–75% weekly commission
- 100% client tips
- Clear production-based increases
- Typical earnings: $65,000 – $95,000 per year (with tips)
- Top performers can exceed $100k

What You’ll Be Doing
- Groom ~5–7 dogs per day (6 typical)
- Deliver consistent, high-quality grooms
- Recommend add-ons (deshedding, nail grinding, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Build repeat clientele through quality work
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced dog groomer (strong skill level, 1 year minimum experience)
- Able to work autonomously, We value professionals who take initiative, manage their time well, and don’t require micromanagement.
- Able to consistently complete 5 grooms/day
- Solid scissoring and breed-standard knowledge
- Comfortable handling a variety of dogs
- Reliable, professional, and team oriented
