What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cat Care Attendant - Cat only boarding Hotel Pineville NC position at Fluffs of Luv?
Purrfect Paradise Cat Hotel is one of the leading Cat Only boarding facilities in the Charlotte area. We are a unique cat-only boarding option, where most of our rooms are suites and the size of a spare bedroom in your home. All the suites boast shelves for kitties to climb on and super cozy napping zones for them to catch some zzz's in the sunlight.
We are looking for a detail-oriented person to provide additional coverage on Friday, Saturday and Sunday late afternoon/early evening during our busy times and sometimes during the week as needed. Mostly in the afternoon but sometimes in the morning. Morning shift starts at 745 am and the afternoon shift starts around 3 pm. Schedule and hours will vary based on how many guests we have in the hotel on a given shift, so the shift may be 1-4 hours just depending. Some of the job responsibilities are listed below.
- Communication with clients and fellow hotel staff
- Playing with and feeding cats
- Medicating Cats (pilling and injections)
- Observing hotel guests' health while staying with us
- Scooping Litter Boxes
- General cleaning (mopping, vacuuming, dishes, sweeping)
- Checking in and out of hotel guests
- Disinfecting suites upon check-out
- Getting suites ready for guest arrival
Qualifications
-Must Love CATS!
- Kennel experience preferred
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to Pill a cat if needed
- Animal care
- Customer service
