Fulfillment Specialist (Pick, Pack, Ship & Receiving)

About the Role
Fluffle Fulfillment is a growing ecommerce fulfillment company (3PL) supporting brands across Shopify, Amazon, and wholesale. We are hiring a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to help pick, pack, ship, receive, and organize inventory in our warehouse.
This is a hands-on, physically active role in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, consistency, and dependability matter. We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing things right, works with urgency, and is comfortable with physical warehouse work. Applicants should be comfortable regularly lifting up to 75 lbs, unloading shipments, moving inventory, and working on their feet throughout the shift. Must be comfortable moving with urgency between physical warehouse tasks and computer-based shipping workflows.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Process shipments using our shipping software
- Print shipping labels and prepare outgoing packages for USPS, UPS, and other carriers
- Prepare pallets by stacking and wrapping pallets according to SOP for freight pickup.
- Receive and unload pallets from freight containers.
- Receive, unload, count, and organize incoming inventory shipments (parcels & pallets).
- Move and organize inventory in bins, shelves, and pallet locations
- Assist with restocking picking locations and maintaining inventory organization
- Help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
- Support general warehouse and fulfillment tasks as needed
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds regularly
- Comfortable with physical warehouse work, including unloading boxes, moving inventory, standing, walking, bending, and packing for extended periods
- Confident using computers and shipping software in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to getting orders right
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or logistics experience
- Experience with shipping platforms, or warehouse systems
- Experience with inventory handling, order picking, and packing
Schedule
- Part-time
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Additional hours will be available depending on order volume, special projects and receiving schedules
Pay
- $17–$18/hour, based on experience

This role is physically demanding and requires someone who is comfortable working in a warehouse environment and handling inventory throughout the day. Accuracy is critical, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in doing the job correctly - not just quickly.
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 – 28 per week
