Your Responsibilities
- Support Plant Manager with daily HSE activities and programs
- Lead HSE team and drive safety culture at site level
- Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Ensure OSHA, EPA, and permit compliance at the site
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Deliver employee training and safety programs
- Review supplier and subcontractor compliance
- Maintain reporting systems and HSE performance data
- Bachelor’s degree in safety, Environmental, or related field
- 5 years of HSE experience in industrial/manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
- Experience leading audits and incident investigations
- Skilled at employee training and safety engagement
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE systems
