Quality Assurance Coordinator Responsibilities: Coordinates and assists the continuous quality program Assists with patient survey process for department surveys Acts as liaison with Quality Improvement Board, assists preparing board agendas, reports, and minutes Monitors Quality plan and policies Assist with survey preparedness Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm Quality Assurance Coordinator Requirements: Associates degree in clinical area of healthcare 3-5 years in a medical/healthcare/hospital setting Professional licensure in the State of Iowa or multi-state license Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required as an employee.
