Office Assistant II

Position Summary
This position provides an array of office administration work in sensitive areas including Accounts Receivables, Cash Handling & Deposits, and reconciliation of credit card statements where a professional and positive demeanor are critical, and an attention to detail in processes.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Education
High school diploma or the equivalent.

Valid Driver's License

This position will be primarily in an office setting, with long periods of sitting. There may be stairs to climb, with minimal walking, bending, twisting and/or stopping. Kneeling/squatting will be irregular with minimal lifting to 25 lbs. There will be regular repetitive hand/finger movement, grasping/grabbing with hands, and some pushing/pulling as duties may involve.

- Daily bank deposit preparation and deposits
- Reconciliation of credit card statements, invoices, and purchase orders
- Pick up and disperse mail from the post office
- Ordering supplies for customer "coffee bar", office supplies and supply room stocked and organized.
- Determine management and quality requirements by asking questions and listening.
- Attending company meetings as required.
- Maintain a follow-up system that encourages follow through with assigned projects.
- Work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required.
- Establish personal performance goals that are consistent with company standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
- Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
- Understand the terminology of the business and keep abreast of technological changes in products and services.
- Know and understand the federal, state, and local requirements which govern the company's business.
- Follow lawful directions from supervisors.
- Understand and follow work rules and procedures.
