ARE YOU THE BARBERSHOP LEADER WE NEED?

• Active Maryland cosmetology or barber license
• 3 years of experience as a barber or stylist in a fast-paced environment
• 3 years of management experience in any industry OR 1 years of management experience at a Floyd's Barbershop location
• Working knowledge of scheduling, inventory, hiring, and profit and loss practices
• Passion for promoting an uplifting, service-oriented culture and building a strong team
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including weekends and evenings/nights

Our Barbershop Leader needs to have a flexible schedule to appropriately meet clients' needs.

You're an integral part of our barbershop, skillfully coordinating the vital aspects that keep our business booming and our customers happy. This role combines your management skills with your hands-on abilities, offering variety in every workday. You work with your assistant leader as well as area and district leaders to maintain our high standards, support efficient operations, and take our business to the next level.

Motivated to deliver great results, you provide staff mentorship, manage month-end financial processes, complete purchase orders, and maintain a well-stocked inventory. You also attend team and leadership meetings, developing new strategies for meeting goals and exceeding targets at our barbershop.
