As an Assistant Barber Shop Leader, you will step into the shop ready to energize the team, support barbers and stylists, and create an unbeatable client experience. You will work closely with the Shop Leader to maintain high standards on cuts, colors, and shaves, and provide ongoing mentorship, helping stylists grow their skills and refine their craft.
