Job Description & Requirements
- Specialty: Anesthesia
- Discipline: CRNA
- Duration: 26 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 10 hours, days
- Employment Type: Locum Tenens
Call: None
Setting: Hospital-based, Level II Trauma
Requirements: Board Certified, ACLS
Additional Details
- Strong CRNA team with medical direction (1:3–1:4 ratio)
- Wide variety of cases with manageable volume (3–6/day per CRNA)
- First case starts 7:15–7:30 AM
- 40–50 total cases/day
- 2 CRNAs in-house 24/7 a call CRNA
- C-sections covered (no epidurals required)
- Spinals and a-lines available but not required
- Procedures: Most subspecialties including general, neuro, ortho, podiatry, ENT, GI/GU, robotics, EP, c-sections, peds ENT, etc. No thoracic, hearts, or transplants Patient Census: 3–6 cases/day per CRNA Patient Mix: 90% Adult / 10% Peds Support Staff: Team of CRNAs with 24/7 coverage EMR: Cerner Submission Requirements: Board certified CRNA, ACLS, open to PA license
