Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator and Executive Assistant to join our team. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing and administering contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.
Duties:
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for contract development
- Maintain contract records and documentation in an organized manner
- Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties fulfill their obligations
- Assist the Vice President and President of the company
-Assist estimators with jobs bidding, preparing bid documents, acquiring all necessary items for bidding public and private works
- Billing owners, managing change orders and extra works
- Ensuring compliance with mechanics’ lien laws, issuing pre-liens
-Maintaining licenses and permits
Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in documentation management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
