Flowtel is building the next generation operating system for hospitality, powered by modern AI agents that can handle everything from booking to room service. We just launched, secured $3 million in seed funding, and are backed by Y Combinator.

We’re at the very beginning of our journey and already delivered to customers. Our mission is big: to redefine how hotels and guests interact by creating voice-driven, intelligent experiences that actually feel personal. You’ll join the founding team of engineers and help build our first products.

We are creating AI agents for hospitality that handle guest conversations, streamline operations, and unlock better experiences for staff and travelers. Think reliable voice and chat, simple automations for common workflows, and clear insights that help teams move faster.

You’ll work across the stack, from agent logic and data pipelines to backend integrations and polished product experiences. You will ship with a small, focused team that moves quickly and cares about the details.

Flowtel is an AI first company. Every part of the business uses AI thoughtfully. Sales, marketing, operations, support, and of course engineering all run with AI at the core. We keep the team small and talented so that everyone is an engineer at heart, hands on with code, systems, and product decisions.

We believe in strong testing practices and take Test-Driven Development seriously.

We’re looking for builders who are excited by AI and engineers who experiment with new tools, test what’s possible, and move quickly.

You don’t need years of AI research experience. What matters is curiosity, adaptability, and the drive to make AI practical and useful.

• Junior Engineer: $70K – 100K 0.3 – 0.5% equity
• Mid-Senior Engineer: $100k - 180K ~0.5% equity
• Ex-founder-Level: $150K - 200K 1 – 3% equity

• Help ship the MVP voice agent and integrations
