What You’ll Lead
- Oversee multiple commercial and healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Build and maintain deep client relationships with long-standing partners
- Direct project teams (PMs, APMs, Supers) to ensure budget, schedule, and quality alignment
- Drive early planning, risk management, value engineering, and contract strategy
- Collaborate with estimating, design, and field teams in a true design-build environment
- Support business development and repeat client engagement
- Represent the firm at the executive level on key accounts and high-visibility projects
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of construction management experience
- Proven success delivering commercial and/or healthcare projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple project teams and act as a trusted client advisor
- Experience within a design-build or highly collaborative environment
- Based in (or commutable to) Oakbrook, IL
