The Role
The Assistant Project Manager will support the successful delivery of projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in day to day project execution
- Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and cost tracking
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Assist with procurement and buyout processes
- Participate in project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience with a General Contractor or Developer
- Experience on commercial, industrial, or institutional projects preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
