Skilled in managing diverse, cross-functional teams across regions, navigating cultural differences, and driving alignment with global business objectives. Adept at risk management and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project outcomes within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Recognized for exceptional communication, adaptability, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget across multiple regions.

This role reports to the Global IT Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee global IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with governance and enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead and coordinate technical projects, including budget management, third-party vendor oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with governance, network, and security teams to ensure all projects meet compliance and framework requirements.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, and budgets to support successful delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; establish contingency plans to minimize impacts on timelines and costs.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and ensure deliverables meet business objectives.
- Manage and coordinate activities of external vendors and internal teams to achieve project deliverables.
- PMP certification
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5–7 years of related experience, including at least 3 years in project management within IT infrastructure environments.
- Advanced project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including risk mitigation.
- Proficiency in managing project budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions desired
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project).
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), Cyber Security and Data Protection regulations
