Role Summary:

Responsibilities & Requirements:
We are currently looking for a Dispute Coordinator with the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate dispute resolution with internal/external customer
- Successfully drive down accounts receivable balances usingprovided tools and applications
- Review accounts, pro-actively contact customers and collectpast due balances
- Collaborate with internal/external customers to meet desiredmetrics
- Ability to collaborate with other internal teams
- Create Excel reports for management
- Recommend actions to management for offsets and write-offs
- Ability to work in a diverse team environment
Requirements:
- MS Excel/Word required
- Previous collection experience desired
- Experienced, dynamic, self-motivator
