Your Role and Impact
Flowserve is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machining equipment including 3-axis turning, 5-axis turning, and milling machines.
- Follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing documentation to produce components to specification.
- Inspect machined components using measuring tools and equipment to ensure quality standards are achieved.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Set up and adjust machine settings to support efficient and accurate production.
- Machine a variety of materials, including stainless steel, while meeting production requirements.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and assist in resolving technical problems as they arise.
- Support team objectives and perform additional related duties as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
- Ability to operate CNC machining equipment safely and effectively.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments, including scales and calipers.
- Basic machine shop math and calculation skills.
- 0-2 years of CNC machining or related manufacturing experience.
- Experience operating CNC turning and milling equipment.
- Experience machining stainless steel or similar materials.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical machining problems.
- Familiarity with quality inspection processes and procedures.
