Key Responsibilities
- Construct, assemble, and rebuild equipment according to established procedures and work instructions.
- Operate basic manufacturing equipment and tools to support assembly and production activities.
- Perform routine operational tasks while meeting quality, safety, and productivity requirements.
- Support equipment maintenance and repair activities through preparation, inspection, and assembly assistance.
- Read and follow assembly instructions, manufacturing documentation, and process requirements.
- Inspect components and assemblies to verify quality and conformance to specifications.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production and assembly activities.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and support personnel.
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and operational performance.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Zero to two years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, or related industrial environments.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic manufacturing equipment safely.
- Ability to follow written work instructions and established manufacturing procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
- Experience in equipment assembly, manufacturing, maintenance, or repair operations.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively while supporting production goals.
