Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) based in Windham, NH, with flexibility for some remote work. The CCO will play a strategic role in driving business growth by leading all commercial and sales functions, developing and executing business and sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and overseeing key client accounts. Additional responsibilities include overseeing budgeting, business planning, and ensuring alignment of the company's goals with market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Budgeting to manage financial performance and align resources with company goals
- Strong expertise in Sales and Account Management to drive revenue growth and maintain long-term client relationships
- Experience with Strategic Planning to develop and implement business strategies that align with organizational objectives
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve strategic and operational goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt in a hybrid working environment and collaborate effectively
- Previous experience in leadership roles within SaaS or technology-driven organizations is a plus
- Advanced degree in business administration or a related field preferred
