Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
- Prepare concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and finishing freshly poured concrete using hand tools and power equipment
- Set forms and molds accurately to ensure proper dimensions and alignment of concrete structures
- Apply finishing techniques such as troweling, floating, and brooming to achieve desired textures and finishes
- Monitor curing processes to prevent cracks or defects, adjusting techniques as necessary for optimal results
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate pouring schedules and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Inspect completed work for quality control, making adjustments or repairs as needed to meet project specifications
- Maintain a clean work environment by removing debris, excess materials, and equipment after each task
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
- Skilled in operating hand tools, power trowels, floats, edgers, and other finishing equipment
- Strong understanding of concrete curing processes and finishing techniques
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA regulations relevant to construction sites
- Experience working on commercial or large-scale infrastructure projects

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
