What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at Flowly Solutions?
Flowly Solutions is looking for an experienced machine operator to join the production floor team. We're looking for someone who has a deep understanding of production, machine operation and a basic understanding of maintenance. You'll be working with numerous production machines to make a variety of parts. We will train you on our specific machinery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Setting up and running the machines based on the daily production schedule
- Watching your machines and outputs to make sure everything is hitting spec
- Doing basic troubleshooting if the manufactured parts are incorrect
- Checking your completed projects to locate any possible defects
- Maintaining your work environment to ensure it is safe and clean
- Running multiple machines simultaneously
- Performing basic repairs and maintenance to your machine
Qualifications We Prefer:
- A minimum 1 year of machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting
- Experience using measuring tools like a tape measure or caliper
- Strong reading comprehension and the ability to read written instructions
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Able to lift 40 pounds and stand for the entire shift
