Automotive Service Advisor

SJC Automotive Service in San Juan Capistrano is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor. Full-time position. We're looking for a professional communicator with at least one year of service desk experience. Salary: $70,000-$80,000 per year.

Duties:

• Greet and assist customers at service reception
• Create and manage repair orders
• Communicate with technicians about vehicle status
• Estimate repair costs and timelines
• Recommend maintenance services
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process
• Handle payments and invoice approvals
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of automotive service experience
• Strong customer communication skills
• Knowledge of vehicle systems and repair terminology
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders
• Experience with shop management software
• Valid driver's license
