NOW HIRING – Route Sales Representative (Pittsburgh West)
We’re looking for a motivated, energetic, and dependable individual to join our Route Sales team serving the Pittsburgh West area.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, building relationships, and getting rewarded for their effort.
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
- Start time: 3:00–4:00 AM
- Finish when the route is complete (typically between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM)
Pay:
- $50 per day base pay ($250/week)
- 10% commission on branded sales
- 5% commission on restaurant sales
Annual earning potential: $65,000 , depending on your work ethic, motivation, and ability to grow sales.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels in stores and on the route
- Rotating product and managing returns
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with store management
- Growing existing accounts and increasing sales
- Providing excellent customer service while representing our company
