Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Diamond Bar, CA. As a Volunteer for Flowers for Fighters, your day-to-day tasks will include assisting in creating and assembling flower bouquets, coordinating deliveries to partner hospitals, managing materials, as well as engaging with patients, families, and hospital staff to bring comfort and joy. Volunteers may also participate in fundraising efforts, marketing campaigns, and outreach to grow the organization’s impact within the community.

- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Creative and artistic abilities for assembling floral arrangements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Willingness to engage with children, families, and hospital staff in a compassionate and professional manner

- Previous experience in volunteering, customer service, or event organization is a plus
