Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Inventories incoming product
- Inventories stock to meet consumer demand
- Maintains proper rotation and product freshness
- Directs stocking of shelves to set standards
- Maintains positive relationships with retail customers
- Operates cash register and accurately maintains and records sales receipts
- Maintains accurate records of inventories, etc.
- Serves as Lead person.
- Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
- Performance of other duties that are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies, and procedures.
- One or more years of retail and/or customer service experience.
- No educational prerequisite; however, one must have demonstrated the ability to read, write, perform basic math skills, and record information applicable to the job.
- Completion of formal management skills training program.
