What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receiving Department Manager - Bainbridge Store position at FLOWERLAND GARDEN CENTERS OF CLEVELAND INC?
This position will be responsible for managing our receiving/warehouse department. This position will effectively manage the receiving department to ensure the success of daily operations as well as the strategic goals of the Company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous receiving/warehouse management experience.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing superior customer service. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft computer programs, company email and their capabilities.
- Ability to work with Point of Sales system (POS) and its capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to the fast-paced dynamic environment of the industry and be flexible and open to new ideas.
