We're looking for someone who genuinely loves fashion, enjoys connecting with people, and has an eye for creating beautiful displays. If you're passionate about styling, merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome every customer with genuine hospitality.
- Build relationships and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Style customers and help them find outfits they'll love.
- Keep the boutique beautifully merchandised and organized.
- Maintain a polished, inspiring shopping environment.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Help create exciting in-store events and promotions.
- Work as part of a positive, supportive team.
- Create social media content, including photos, videos, and Reels.
What We're Looking For
- Previous boutique or specialty retail sales experience.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- A passion for women's fashion and styling.
- An eye for merchandising and visual presentation.
- Comfortable using basic retail math and POS systems.
- Professional, polished, and dependable.
- Available 3–5 days per week, including weekends.
- Open availability between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
- Model Flower Resort clothing for Instagram
- Work closely with the owner to grow the Flower Resort brand.
Schedule
Flower Resort is open 7 days a week from 10:00 AM–9:00 PM.

Requirements
- Weekend availability.
- Must pass a background check.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift merchandise throughout the day.
