Overview
We are hiring Packaging Associates to support centralized packaging operations at our Brooks facility in Missoula. This role is part of a newly structured packaging hub focused on consistent, compliant, and high-throughput production.
This is hands-on production work in a regulated environment. The role requires accuracy, consistency, and the ability to maintain pace under defined standards.
Responsibilities
- Package cannabis products according to established SOPs and compliance requirements
- Weigh, label, and prepare finished goods accurately
- Support pre-roll production and related packaging tasks
- Maintain consistent daily output in line with defined standards
- Follow packaging, intake, and transfer procedures exactly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
- Communicate issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly

Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods

- Must meet all state and company eligibility requirements to work in cannabis
