The Partner & Alliances Manager – North America is responsible for building and activating Flowable’s partner ecosystem in the US, with a clear focus on driving partner-sourced pipeline and executing a disciplined sell-with motion.
This is a field-integrated, revenue-focused role — positioning Flowable within partner-led enterprise transformation programs and converting partner engagement into qualified pipeline and closed business.
What you’ll be doing:Ecosystem Build & Activation
- Recruit and activate a focused set of high-impact SI and consulting partners
- Build trusted relationships across partner sales, delivery, and leadership
- Position Flowable early in partner-led transformation programs
Partner-Sourced Pipeline
- Generate net-new opportunities through partners
- Convert partner engagement into qualified pipeline and revenue
Sell-With Execution (Field Alignment)
- Drive structured co-sell with Flowable Sales
- Lead joint account mapping across priority accounts
- Align ownership and execution between partners and field teams
- Improve win rates through coordinated engagement
Enablement & GTM Readiness
- Equip partners to position and deliver Flowable
- Develop vertical use cases and repeatable plays
Execution Discipline & Governance
- Run structured partner cadence (pipeline reviews, account planning)
- Ensure alignment with sales methodology and deal qualification standards
- Track partner performance and drive continuous improvement
- 7–12 years in enterprise software (alliances, partners, ecosystem roles)
- Proven track record in partner-sourced pipeline and co-sell execution
- Strong network within US SI / consulting ecosystem
- Ability to translate relationships into commercial outcomes
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in BPM, workflow automation, or similar domains is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
