Barre Fusion Instructor (Morning Availability)
Location: Flow to Fit Yoga, Southbury CT
Schedule: 1–2 mornings per week (7:30am-8:30am)

Flow to Fit Yoga is a welcoming, community-focused studio dedicated to helping students build strength, confidence, and balance through mindful movement. We’re expanding our schedule and looking for a positive, energetic Barre Fusion Instructor to join our team.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced instructor to lead Barre Fusion classes that blend barre fundamentals with strength, Pilates-inspired movement, and mindful flow. The ideal candidate brings high energy, great attitude, and a supportive teaching style that meets students of all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Teach engaging, safe, and well-structured Barre Fusion classes
- Offer modifications and progressions for all fitness levels
- Create playlists and sequences that match the tone, pace, and intensity of the class
- Arrive early to greet students and stay after for questions or support
- Maintain a clean, professional class environment
- Represent the studio’s welcoming and inclusive culture
Qualifications:
- Certified barre, group fitness, Pilates, or related certification
- Prior teaching experience preferred, though not required
- Strong cueing, pacing, and demonstration skills
- Ability to motivate and connect with students in a positive, encouraging way
- Reliable and punctual, with consistent morning availability
Compensation:
- Competitive per-class pay based on experience.
