This role should excel in providing excellent customer service, involves scheduling daily service calls, as well as coordinating requests for estimates. This position plays a critical role in supporting field execution, handling customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and serve as the first point of contact for customers.
- Schedule service calls and estimates for plumbing services.
- Communicate scheduling updates to technicians and customers.
- Provide general support to field technicians as needed.
- Assist the Accounting team as needed and maintain accurate records.
- Assist technicians with administrative needs to keep jobs moving.
- Provide direct administrative support to the Evansville Leadership team.
- Complete special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Verification of correct customer data transfer from scheduling portal to QuickBooks
- Understanding of QuickBooks customer file to edit customer information if necessary
- 3 years of customer service experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, or field services environment preferred.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management portals.
- Proficient in QuickBooks - accounting experience preferred.
- Quick learner with a positive "can do" attitude.
- Ability to type and navigate multiple systems quickly.
