```Duties:```
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using a variety of materials such as asphalt, shingles, and metal.
-Collect pictures of progress & communicate with production department/project managers
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Remove old roofing materials and properly dispose of them
- Ensure roofs are properly sealed and waterproofed to prevent leaks
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete roofing projects on time and within budget
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience as a roofer or in a related construction field
- Knowledge of various roofing materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools commonly used in roofing projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
