Maintenance Technician
We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team on 2nd shift! In this role, you’ll maintain and repair facility equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and help keep our operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Perform maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Install and assemble new machinery and conveyor systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Respond quickly to emergencies and follow safety protocols
- Fabricate and modify equipment as needed
- Ensure all work meets health, safety, and compliance standards
- Take ownership of the maintenance needs during your shift by prioritizing work, responding proactively to issues, and helping ensure equipment uptime
- Collaborate with production and fellow maintenance team members to support efficient operations and achieve shared goals
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, plastic injection molding experience preferred.
- Technical training in mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems
- Electrical certification (a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate hand tools/equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and reliability
- Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently while also being a dependable team player
- Willingness to take ownership, demonstrate initiative, and maintain a high level of accountability throughout your shift
