FLOW Processing is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented METRC Administrator & Fulfilment Specialist to support our operations. This role is responsible for receiving cannabis deliveries, verifying product information, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring compliance with Michigan cannabis regulations. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and understands the importance of compliance and inventory accuracy in the cannabis industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify cannabis deliveries against invoices and purchase orders efficiently
  • Confirm all products match METRC package tags, manifests, and documentation
  • Create, Manage, Track, and Trace
  • Accurately enter and track inventory within the inventory management systems and METRC.
  • Transfer inventory to appropriate vault or storage locations
  • Maintain organized inventory areas
  • Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged products to management
  • Assist with inventory counts, audits, and cycle counts
  • Work with management to maintain proper inventory levels
  • Ensure all processes follow Michigan CRA and METRC compliance standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile work environment at all times.
  • Assist with loading and unloading items from machines, carts, and dollies as needed
  • Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet NAR's standards
  • Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth store operations
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with management and colleagues

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license or state ID
  • A self-starter that will own tasks, communicate clearly, and be a steward of the business.
  • Microsoft Excel proficient
  • Able to pass a comprehensive background check
  • Previous cannabis dispensary or inventory experience preferred
  • METRC Inventory Management experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and move products (up to 40 lbs)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
