We are looking for a self-motivated, hungry Warehouse Coordinator who takes ownership, stays organized, and wants to grow in a skilled-trade environment. This role is critical to keeping our technicians efficient and our operations running smoothly.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations while assisting plumbing technicians with materials, equipment, and administrative tasks. This role blends warehouse coordination, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and entry-level plumbing exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Receive, inspect, and organize plumbing materials and supplies
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for job sites
• Load and unload trucks safely
• Track inventory and report discrepancies
• Manage company tool and equipment check-in/check-out
• Manage tool & equipment maintenance
• Maintain shop & office cleanliness

Field & Administrative Support

• Assist technicians with basic plumbing tasks under supervision
• Complete all paperwork accurately and on time (digital & paper)
• Support ServiceTitan workflow and compliance

Vehicle & Equipment

• Maintain company vehicle (clean, stocked, organized)
• Report vehicle or equipment issues immediately

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Mix of warehouse and field support work
• Reports directly to the Service Manager

Compensation & Benefits

• $19 – $23 per hour, depending on experience
• Weekly pay (Fridays)
• Paid Sick Leave & PTO
• Overtime eligible (non-exempt position)

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Comfortable working in warehouse and job-site environments
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to follow systems, checklists, and procedures
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (I-9 compliant)
