Front Desk Support Staff
Part-time, $15/hour
Job Summary:
The Studio/Front Desk Support Staff position is responsible for representing FLOW, providing a positive experience for each client, and handling basic administrative and retail operations, as well as assisting with general studio presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance. We are looking for an individual who is eager to contribute to our sanctuary for wellness and that has a genuine desire to connect with everyone that walks through our doors. The individual in this role will be the first and last face clients see when they enter the studio. As such, their interactions shape clients’ interpretation of our service standards and culture.
We are open 7 days a week, and are looking for shift coverage on weekdays and weekends. Our current full operating hours are
Sunday 11am-5pm
Monday-Wednesday 9am-5pm
Thursday-Friday 9am-9pm
Saturday 9am-7pm
Job tasks include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling appointments over the phone and using Vagaro
- Contacting clients regarding scheduling adjustments, cancellations, etc.
- Handling cash, card, and gift card transactions
- Assisting with general cleaning and tidiness around the studio
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
