Paid Media Specialist (Performance Marketing)
Department: Digital Marketing
Location: Flow Automotive HQ, 500 W. 5th Street, Winston-Salem
Hours: Mon-Friday 9-5pm, Onsite only
About the Role:
The Paid Specialist (Performance Marketing) helps drive lead generation and local market growth across a multi-brand, multi-location dealer group. You will run and optimize paid digital campaigns, mainly on Google Ads and Meta, and report on results in line with OEM brand standards.
You will work closely with our marketing, operations and dealership support teams, and support account managers by turning performance data into clear insights and recommendations.
This role is a great fit for a results-driven marketer who enjoys testing, optimizing, and explaining what’s working.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution
• Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Microsoft
• Manage daily campaign tasks such as targeting, bidding, creative testing, and budgets, and use performance data to decide what to scale or pause.
Performance & Reporting
• Analyze campaign results and turn insights into improvements.
• Track spend and efficiency against lead and ROI targets, and work with analytics teams on attribution and conversions.
Collaboration:
• Work with other teams to share insights and test new ad formats, platforms, and strategies.
Key Competencies:

Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and ad platforms

Ability to build and optimize campaigns across multiple channels

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Digital Media or related field.

1-2 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Lead generation experience preferred.

Working knowledge of GA4 and campaign reporting tools.

Familiarity with CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS.

Automotive group or advertising agency experience (preferred).

Ability to prepare clear reports for dealership management.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
