We're looking for one experienced Residential Service Plumber who takes pride in their work and wants to grow alongside a company that genuinely values quality over shortcuts.

One thing that sets us apart is where we work. Most of our service calls currently are in the East Valley between San Tan Valley and Chandler, with occasional work outside of the East Valley. That means less time driving across AZ and more time helping customers and earning commission.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues and provide homeowners with honest repair and replacement options.
• Perform residential service, repair, and installation work including water heaters, tankless water heaters, water softeners, whole-home filtration systems, reverse osmosis systems, fixtures, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, hose bibs, pressure reducing valves, drain cleaning, and leak repairs.
• Perform underground water line repairs, main water service replacements, sewer repairs, trench work, and occasional residential bathroom remodel plumbing.
• Educate homeowners so they understand their options and can make informed decisions.
• Build estimates, present recommendations, and close work professionally without using high-pressure sales tactics.
• Complete digital invoices, photos, and job notes using Housecall Pro.
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked.
• Deliver a five-star customer experience on every job.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum three years of residential service plumbing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners.
• Motivated to earn commission and grow your income.
• Self-starter who doesn't need someone looking over their shoulder.
• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule.
• Pride in producing clean, high-quality work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a growing team.

Compensation

This is a performance-based, commission-only position with uncapped earning potential.

The annual pay base listed on Indeed reflects what a productive, full-time technician has the opportunity to earn based on completed work and performance. It is not a guaranteed salary.

Our commission structure rewards technicians who accurately diagnose plumbing issues, build trust with homeowners, present repair and replacement options, and deliver high-quality workmanship. The better you serve your customers, the greater your earning potential.
