Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and highly organized Office Manager to oversee a broad spectrum of administrative, operational, and compliance activities. The ideal person will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality & Compliance: Manage all aspects of ISO 9001 quality management system compliance and documentation.
• Sales & Operations Support:
• Generate quotes and proposals for customers, including pricing and product information.
• Conduct thorough contract reviews for all sales orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate logistics, including scheduling trucks, couriers, and managing export documentation.
• Purchasing & Scheduling:
• Oversee all purchasing activities, from vendor selection to order placement and inventory management.
• Manage and maintain scheduling for production, shipments, and internal resources.
• Business Development & Support:
• Assist in the launch of new business ventures, including PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submissions and initial setup procedures.
• Manage all interactions and requirements related to our partnership with Parker Hannifin, including compliance and reporting.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Office Manager, Operations Manager, or similar relevant role.
• Strong understanding of ISO quality management systems and compliance requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems and payroll software (e.g., Dayforce).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage vendor relationships and support internal staff.
