Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely information on product availability, pricing, and technical specifications
- Prepare accurate sales quotations and convert them into orders through our ERP system
- Maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their business needs and offering thoughtful, solution-oriented support
- Collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives to ensure a consistent and coordinated customer experience
- Identify new opportunities, and act on opportunities for lead generation, upselling, direct selling, or cross-selling within existing customer accounts in collaboration with outside sales
- Proactively follow up on outstanding quotes, backorders, and delivery timelines
- Maintain up-to-date customer and sales activity records within our CRM system
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Occasionally assist with customer service-related functions such as returns, order tracking, and documentation
- Utilize social media, prospecting, and creative marketing tools to attract new business
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or industrial distribution (experience with plastics or piping systems is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset and a desire to contribute to team success
- Hunter mentality and desire to earn uncapped commissions
