Flow Companies of Charlottesville is seeking a part time, in office receptionist for our evening shift. Two Saturdays a month will be required. Pay rate will be $16/hour. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team, this could be a great fit for you!
This part time schedule will fall between Monday-Saturday and the hours for each shift is 4:30pm - 7pm. This will include two Saturdays a month.
The receptionist is the first point of contact for our customers, so maintaining a professional appearance and organized front desk is a must. Interested candidates are asked to apply to this listing.
What You'll Do:
- Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, etc.)
- Support the sales and service teams as needed
- Keep the front desk and customer lounge area clean, stocked, and organized
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Proficient computer skills
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience
