What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative - Flow Collision Center of Charlottesville position at Flow Automotive Companies?
Flow Collision Center of Charlottesville is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. Duties include but may not be limited to:
- Greeting customers and obtains customers authorization
- Assisting with vehicle check-in
- Knowledge of collision repair
- Scheduling customers for estimates
- Answering the telephone, taking messages as needed
- Communicating daily with estimators to ensure they have returned customers calls in a timely manner
- Other duties as needed
