Automotive Sales Manager - Flow Automotive Companies

Flow Automotive Companies is looking for a Sales Manager who brings positive energy to the floor every day and genuinely wants to grow into a broader role within our organization. Location is Winston Salem, NC. Applicants must have experience as an automotive sales manager (new or used) or automotive F&I manager to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Desk deals with an emphasis on structure, gross retention, and customer experience
• Coach and develop the sales team through daily one-on-ones and consistent training
• Maintain CRM discipline and follow-up accountability
• Partner with leadership on inventory, pricing, and merchandising
• Support a team culture that's positive, professional, and consistent

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a CRM and DMS environment
• High energy, positive attitude, and a genuine interest in learning the full scope of dealership operations
• Valid driver's license
