Flow BMW of Winston Salem is seeking a part time receptionist/service assistant. This will be a part time position including evenings and Saturdays. Proficient computer and customer service skills are required. Automotive/dealership experience preferred, but not required. Interested candidates are asked to apply to this listing.
The receptionist/service assistant responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Greet customers in person and over the phone with a professional, positive attitude
- Direct calls and assist customers with basic service inquiries
- Support service advisors with administrative tasks as needed
- Handle data entry, filing, scanning in repair orders, and light clerical duties
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and customer lounge area
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills (experience with dealership systems is a plus)
- Evening and Saturday shifts
- Top notch customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
