Flow Hyundai of Charlottesville is seeking a full time, in office receptionist. Some Saturdays will be required. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team, this could be a great fit for you! The receptionist is the first point of contact for our customers, so maintaining a professional appearance and organized front desk is a must. Full time will equal a 5 day work week, 40 hours, including some Saturdays. Part time positions may also be available. Interested candidates are asked to apply to this listing.
What You'll Do:
- Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, etc.)
- Support the sales and service teams as needed
- Keep the front desk and customer lounge area clean, stocked, and organized

- Previous receptionist or customer service experience
