Youth Sports and Enrichment Coach
Location: Denver Metro Area
Schedule: Part-time, weekday afternoons. Typically two-hour shifts scheduled between 2:30 and 5:30 p.m.
Pay: 25–35 per hour, based on teaching and coaching experience
Expected hours: 2–12 per week

About Flow Academy
Flow Academy is hiring energetic, dependable coaches for the 2026–27 school year. Our coaches lead after-school classes in sports, movement, art, and outdoor exploration for students in prekindergarten through fifth grade.
We help students find their flow state through engaging lessons, meaningful choices, and time to learn through play. We provide curriculum, equipment, training, and ongoing support so coaches can focus on helping students learn and enjoy each class.
What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging classes for groups of up to 15-30 students.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
- Follow the Flow Academy curriculum while supporting student choice.
- Build positive relationships with students and school staff.
- Arrive 30 minutes before class to prepare the space and equipment.
- Set up, organize, transport, and care for program equipment.
- Communicate with the Flow Academy team about class activities, student needs, and concerns.
What We’re Looking For
- Confidence leading and managing a group of 15 children.
- Experience working with children in sports, recreation, education, camps, or after-school programs.
- Ability to teach students from pre-kindergarten through high school, with most classes serving elementary students.
- A positive attitude and strong group-management skills.
- Dependability, punctuality, and clear communication.
- Reliable transportation to assigned schools throughout the Denver metro area.
- Ability to transport equipment when needed and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to complete a background check and obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
- Willingness to complete medication administration training if required.
